"Red Sea" is the nineteenth campaign mission of Project Wingman. The player assists the Eminent Domain in its attack against the Dejanus' battlegroup.
Objectives[]
The player must destroy a light amount of naval targets supported by F/E-18s. After all targets are destroyed, a second fleet of target ships will appear, along with an aircraft carrier, which will deploy F/D-14s into the air. This group is supported by multiple VX-23s.
Once the second group of targets is destroyed, the Dejanus appears with multiple railgun-bearing littoral combat ships, a battleship, and another carrier. They have one 205-class air battleship and two upgraded Arcion-class air heavy cruisers flying air cover. A large number of friendly fighters also appear.
The mission is completed once all targets are destroyed.
Mercenary difficulty[]
A fully upgraded 205 joins the final wave.

Trivia[]
The glitch
- Red Sea bears many similarities to Sea of Chaos from Ace Combat 5: The Unsung War. Both are ocean-based dusk missions where you participate in fleet-to-fleet combat with your squadron and both come right before a two-part final mission, one of which even takes place at a capital city.
- This mission and the following one feature red briefing intro backgrounds with no flickering, probably as a reflection of the Cascadian Independence Force finally regaining momentum and closing in on their capital.
- The Eminent Domain's course intersects with the friendly aircraft carrier's. This can result in a rather comical sight of the two ships clipping into each other.
