Captain Kelleher was the leader of Sicario's SOF Ronin. He is rumored to be Arnold Frenken's longest-serving Sicario member.

Biography[]

Kelleher was likely the very first Ronin inducted into Sicario on Frenken's behalf.[2]

He participated in the recapture of the Pacific Federation cargo ship Meilynx,[3] as well as various missions in the Cascadian Conflict, including the destruction of the Solana Communications Array[4] and a raid on Harkema Industrial Park. At the end of the latter operation, he quipped to Hitman Team that the war might end too soon because of them.[5]

He was presumed dead with the rest of Ronin after the Cascadian Calamity Event until the Second Battle of Presidia, where he radioed Frenken about his activities ever since going dark. He addressed Monarch, Hitman's flight lead, as the "King of Hell" to compliment his infamy in the conflict. His fate when the Presidian Disaster occurred is uncertain.[6]

Etymology[]

"Kelleher" is the Anglicized form of the Galic "son of Céileachar," meaning "lover of company."
