The Federation Air Academy, also simply known as the Academy, is an Air Force academy in Ulaanbaatar. Future Federation Air Force and National Guard pilots from all Pacific Federation states would attend the academy before becoming a pilot.
Organization[]
The facility, located on the kingdom's plains, features a campus comprised of simulations, real flight hours, and the usual class lessons, and its reputation has led to numerous Federation military pilots originating from the Academy.
Despite this, however, the Academy appears to be overpromising in terms of giving pilots actual combat experience outside of the Periphery, with mercenary pilots being said to accumulate more experience and earnings than almost any Academy graduate.[2]
History[]
The woman who would become Sicario's first Gunsel Squadron leader used to work in the Academy as an instructor.[3]
Another future member of Sicario, Peter Kennedy, was sent by his parents to study at the Academy and return to serve the Cascadian National Guard's Air Force. Unfortunately for him, he wasted several years garnering insufficient flight training and flunking, leading to his expulsion.[4]
