Christian Trachsel

Captain Christian Trachsel was the Captain of the Federation Vertical Navy Anura-class air cruiser Silverwing and a member of Task Force 1.

Biography[]

On May 13, AC 432 during the Cascadian Conflict's Operation Free Agent, the Silverwing was sunk in the Sawaiiki raid along with Task Force 1. The fate of Captain Trachsel is uncertain.^[1]^[2]

Etymology[]

"Trachsel" is the South German form of "Drechsel," derived from Old High German for "turner."

Trivia[]

Christian Trachsel is named after Christian "Panzerfan" Trachsel, one of the Kickstarter backers.^[3]
