"Identify yourself!"
"I'm the Commander of the Peacekeepers in Cascadia, you'd be well to let us proceed. [...]"
"Stand down! I won't let you carry out these orders!"
"Captain Flowers - that's your name, right? - if we don't show the rebels absolute terror, we will lose this war. Step aside."
"Over my dead body! I won't be the officer responsible for making this call!"
"Stand down, Captain!"
"You're gonna have to kill me! [sound of five gunshots]""
― The exchange between Flowers and the Cascadian Peacekeeper Commander[2]

The Cascadian Peacekeeper Commander was the commander of the Pacific Federation's Cascadian Peacekeepers.

Biography[]

During the Cascadian Conflict's Operation Anticipation, the Commander attempted to convince Captain Flowers to get out of his way after he refused to authorize the use of cordium cruise missiles. Following an argument, he was forced to shoot and kill Flowers and get another officer to carry out his orders. It is unknown if he survived the ensuing Cascadian Calamity Event.[2]

Personality and traits[]

The Commander was a ruthless and determined man who apparently believed in victory at all costs, as he resorted to executing his fellow officers. He also had a cold demeanor; when he gave the authentication code for the missile strike, he did so rather casually.
