The Aleutian Islands is a series of islands encompassing part of northern Cascadia. It is one of the few locations to retain its pre-Calamity names.

History[]
At the start of the Cascadian Conflict, the Cascadian Independence Force took over most of the islands from the Pacific Federation's hold, except for the southwestern portions.[1] Within a month, however, the CIF lost control of the entire chain as the Federation sent in reinforcements to push them back.[2]
The CIF soon launched a counteroffensive and retook the islands little by little by March 7,[3] succeeding later on the 21st.[4] The island chain would be held by the rebels for the remainder of the war.
